1. Terms of delivery
1.1. The user will receive the products purchased on the web page at the desired address through the company's courier or subcontractor postal organization.
1.2. The customer will receive the delivery service free of charge.
1.3. Orders placed on the website before 4:00 p.m. on a working day will be delivered to customers in Tbilisi and its surroundings on the next working day, and orders placed after 4:00 p.m. or on a non-working day - within 2 working days at the latest.
1.4. Delivery to the regions will take place within 3 working days.
2. Item return policy
2.1. The customer has the right to return the purchased item if the prerequisites provided for in this clause are met, and in return, at his own choice, either to return the amount paid for such item or to receive a new product instead.
2.2. If the purchased product is delivered in violation of the delivery deadline specified on the website, the customer has the right to refuse to receive it and to report this to the courier.
2.3. Otherwise, within 3 calendar days after receiving the product, users have the right to request its return in one of the following cases:
2.3.1. The product does not correspond to the order;
2.3.2. The product is delivered in a damaged condition;
2.3.3. The product has a factory defect;
2.4. In case of returning the product, we will, according to the user's choice, provide you with a new product instead of the defective product, or we will return the amount of money paid for such product, within 10 working days after the request for return is satisfied;
2.5. reserves the right to refuse to return the amount paid for the product if:
2.5.1. The return request is set 3 days after receiving the product;
2.5.2. The product was used;
2.5.3. There is a dishonest action on the part of the user.
2.6. The return request must be sent via e-mail, which must include the product to be returned:
2.6.1. the date of the order;
2.6.2. receiving the order;
2.6.3..the reason for the return.
2.7. From our side, it is possible to request to send a picture of the product to be returned electronically.
